Emirates Aviation University marks 35 years with graduates from over 25 nationalities

Emirates Aviation University (EAU), the academic wing of the Emirates Group, has marked its 35th graduation ceremony by honouring 154 talented and driven graduates who are set to shape the future of the global aviation industry. Since its establishment in 1991, EAU has produced over 26,000 graduates from both local and international backgrounds.
This year's graduating class represents more than 25 nationalities, comprising students from a diverse array of disciplines at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels—including aviation management, aviation safety, air transport management, aerospace and aeronautical engineering.
Among the 154 graduates, 24 earned postgraduate degrees while 130 completed undergraduate programmes, including several students sponsored by Emirates. The university also recognised 19 outstanding students across various disciplines for academic excellence.
Over the past four years, more than 650 undergraduate students have taken part in the Emirates Group Internship Programme, a unique initiative that provides hands-on experience in the aviation sector. As part of the programme, students undergo a one-semester placement and can earn up to 15 credit hours towards their degree—offering them a critical edge in real-world application of their academic learning.
As a leading institution for aviation education in the region, Emirates Aviation University continues to deliver a comprehensive portfolio of undergraduate, postgraduate, and research programmes in fields such as aeronautical engineering, aviation management, logistics and supply chain management, artificial intelligence and data science, aviation safety, and aviation security studies.
With a vision rooted in innovation, excellence, and global relevance, Emirates Aviation University remains committed to preparing the next generation of aviation leaders to meet the demands of an ever-evolving industry.
