East West University launches robofest 2026 website
East West University (EWU) has launched the official website for National RoboFest 2026, signalling the commencement of preparations for one of Bangladesh's premier national robotics and technology events.
The festival, organised by the East West University Robotics Club in association with the ICT Division and Programming Hero, will take place from 17 to 19 May 2026 at the university's campus in Dhaka.
The event is set to convene innovators, engineers, programmers and technology enthusiasts from secondary and tertiary institutions nationwide, providing a platform for showcasing creativity, innovation and technical expertise.

The festival programme includes a diverse array of competitions such as project showcases, line follower robotics, robo-soccer, hackathons, capture the flag, drone racing, fire-fighting robot challenges, e-sports tournaments in Valorant and e-football, as well as a robotics exhibition.
EWU National RoboFest 2026 is anticipated to draw significant participation from educational institutions nationwide and aims to inspire the next generation to pursue interests in robotics, cyber security, programming and emerging technologies.
