Diplomats from six countries visit MGI Industrial Economic Zone
A delegation from six countries visited the Meghna Industrial Economic Zone in Narayanganj, highlighting international investment interest in Bangladesh.
The delegation featured senior diplomats, including HE Hj Haris bin Othman (Brunei Darussalam), Mohd Shuhada Othman (Malaysia), HE Kyaw Soe Moe (Myanmar), HE Nina Cainglet (Philippines), Mitchel Lee (Singapore), and Suphawadee Wongsawasdi (Thailand).
Mostafa Kamal, Chairman and Managing Director of Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), and Taif Bin Yousuf, Senior Executive Director, welcomed the delegation and highlighted the group's advanced factories, offering streamlined administrative support, tax incentives, and modern logistics for investors.
The diplomats expressed keen interest in the economic zones and commended the facilities MGI provides, such as one-stop services, reliable utilities, and secure environments for global investors. They stated they would share their positive impressions with their respective business communities to facilitate future investment.
