Didarul Alam receives tech entrepreneur excellence award 2025

In recognition of his outstanding contributions to Bangladesh's ICT sector and digital transformation efforts, noted technology entrepreneur and strategic consultant Didarul Alam has been awarded the "Tech Entrepreneur Excellence Award of the Year 2025" at the prestigious Arthakantha Business Excellence Awards, held at Banani Sheraton Hotel, Dhaka.
 
 This year's event marked the 25th anniversary of Arthakantha's award initiative, celebrating business excellence and visionary leadership across the nation. Mr Alam was honoured for his exceptional achievements in tech entrepreneurship, strategic specialisation in digital innovation, and enduring contributions to shaping Bangladesh's technological and economic landscape.
 
 Mr Alam could not attend the ceremony in person, so his nephew Adrib Ahmed accepted the award. Mr Fayez Ahmad Taiyeb, Honourable Special Assistant to Chief Advisor Dr. Muhammad Yunus and In-Charge of the ICT Ministry, Government of Bangladesh, officially presented the crest.
 
 In a statement following the ceremony, Mr. Alam expressed his gratitude:
