Dhaka Bank, Grameenphone sign mou on auto loan facility
Dhaka Bank PLC has entered into a strategic partnership with Grameenphone Limited by signing a memorandum of understanding.
The agreement was signed by H M Mostafizur Rahaman, Head of Retail Business Division of Dhaka Bank, and Munia Ghani, Head of Partnership Marketing at Grameenphone, on behalf of their respective organisations.
Under the agreement, GPStar Signature and Platinum customers will be able to access Dhaka Bank auto loans with exclusive privileges, including preferential interest rates and value-added benefits. The bank has introduced a dedicated car loan facility for eligible customers, offering enhanced features and flexible financing options.

The loan facility will support financing for both brand-new and pre-owned vehicles, aimed at simplifying and making car ownership more affordable.
Officials stated that the partnership is intended to ensure a seamless and hassle-free auto financing experience for customers while expanding access to premium automobile ownership. The collaboration also reflects Dhaka Bank's focus on delivering innovative retail banking solutions and strengthening its presence in the consumer finance segment.
