DBL and bright ceramics outline future journey with focus on excellence
DBL and Bright Ceramics successfully hosted their Annual Business Conference 2025 on 14–15 November, bringing together business partners from across the country under the theme 'Echoes of Excellence'.
The two-day gathering, held at The Palace Luxury Resort in Habiganj, Sylhet, convened dealers, distributors, and partners to review achievements, exchange ideas, and outline strategic priorities for the coming year.
The event was attended by Abdul Wahed, Chairman of DBL Group; M A Rahim, Vice-Chairman; Mohammad Aman Abrar, Director; Bayazed Bashar, Chief Business Officer; Mohammad Shahidozzaman Raj, Head of Sales; Kazi Md Siddikul Azam, Chief Financial Officer; and Didarul Alam Khan, Head of Marketing, alongside senior management.
Business sessions highlighted performance milestones from the past year, including market expansion, product diversification, quality improvement, and technological upgrades. Top-performing partners received Best Performance Awards. Leadership also presented DBL and Bright Ceramics' expanded vision and new strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening the dealer ecosystem in the year ahead.
