Daraz brings pohela boishakh shopping campaign nationwide
Daraz Bangladesh has launched its Boishakhi Mela campaign, targeting Bangla New Year shoppers with aggressive discounts, exclusive vouchers, and free delivery across multiple categories.
The campaign, running from 10 April at 8pm through 14 April 2026, aims to capture Pohela Boishakh traffic with flash sales of up to 80% off, positioning the company as the go-to platform for festive online shopping.
The Boishakhi Mela spans electronics, home appliances, fashion, beauty and wellness, FMCG, and lifestyle products, enabling customers to prepare for Bangla year 1433 with curated deals and notable savings.
The campaign opens with flash vouchers of up to 9% off on 10 April from 8pm to 1am. Shoppers can collect vouchers of up to Tk500 with a minimum order of Tk749, and enhanced vouchers of up to Tk1,000 with orders above Tk5,999. Daraz will roll out additional site-wide and category-specific vouchers throughout the event.
Hot deals of up to 75% off and mega deals reaching 80% off are on offer, along with shipping discounts and free delivery on selected items.
The event features themed days such as Choice Day Saturday, Fashion Forward Sunday and Monday, and Electrical Tuesday, each offering curated discounts for the Bangla New Year period.
Super Brand Days will spotlight Unilever on 12 April and Dettol on 14 April, each delivering exclusive offers and discounts.
Daraz is expanding its Everyday Low Price proposition via the Daraz Choice channel, with "Buy 3 Get" delivery discounts and "Buy 5 Get 1 Free" gift offers to incentivise bulk purchases.
Payment options have been broadened through partnerships with financial service providers. Nagad users are eligible for cashback of up to Tk200 per user. Daraz-EBL co-brand cardholders receive up to 15% savings, while Eastern Bank and Southeast Bank cardholders enjoy up to 12% off.
Customers may also avail 0% EMI for up to 12 months via Eastern Bank ZIP, facilitating higher-value transactions during the festive period.
Key partners for Boishakhi Mela include platinum sponsors Dettol, Haier, Himalaya, and Unilever Bangladesh Limited, with Marico as gold sponsor and Emami and Godrej as silver partners.
