Courseelo Crowned champion in National Dhaka Startup Accelerator Programme

Courseelo, a rising force in the ed-tech landscape, has been crowned a champion in the highly competitive Real Task Assessment (RTA) competition under the Dhaka Startup Accelerator Programme—a prestigious national initiative supported by the Momoda Foundation to foster entrepreneurial excellence in Bangladesh.
Founded by Md Siam Hosen and co-founded by Mohammed Jonaied Alam Chaion, Courseelo was selected among the Top 20 startups in Bangladesh after a rigorous national screening process. These top startups underwent an intensive six-week accelerator program focused on pitch deck development, investor engagement, and minimum viable product (MVP) strategies. Upon completion, each team received a certificate of excellence for making it to the final cohort.
The final stage—Real Task Assessment—was designed to test startups on real-world business challenges. Despite limited time, Courseelo stood out with a strategic and sharply executed presentation. The award ceremony at MOAR, Shaptak Square, Dhanmondi 27, was a grand finale to nearly a year-long journey.
Despite limited time, Courseelo stood out with a strategic and sharply executed presentation. The award ceremony at MOAR, Shaptak Square, Dhanmondi 27, was a grand finale to nearly a year-long journey. Dr Abu S. Shonchoy, Associate Professor at the University of Florida and one of the lead judges, announced Courseelo as one of the four winning champions.
"This competition was judged in collaboration with an MIT Sloan School of Management professor," said Dr Shonchoy. "Courseelo's submission was very well decorated and nearly flawless. These founders are on the path to national recognition within 1–2 years and are ready to compete globally." He also expressed his desire to reconnect with the winning teams.
Each winning team also received BDT 50,000 in prize money, recognising their achievement and potential to scale their startups further.
Backed by the Momoda Foundation's visionary support, Courseelo's win is a significant milestone in Bangladesh's growing startup ecosystem. The recognition highlights the team's potential to reshape the education sector and build a global footprint in Bangladesh.
