Concord hands over premium commercial project in Banani

Concord has completed and officially handed over its latest commercial development, Concord MB Tower, located in the commercial centre of Road 11, Banani.

The handover ceremony took place on Saturday and was attended by landowners, clients, the managing director, senior officials, and members of the Concord team. The event marked another milestone for one of Bangladesh's most trusted and experienced real estate companies.
Concord MB Tower is situated on a prime corner plot in Dhaka's busiest business district. The location offers high exposure throughout the day, allowing retailers and corporate businesses to utilise the visibility. The landmark is expected to bring new energy to the area by attracting offices, showrooms, and companies looking for a modern and prominent space.

The project boasts low-E double-glazed curtain walls, multiple high-speed elevators, full-load power backup, and a professionally designed interior, lobbies, landscaping, and illumination.
