Concord breaks ground on luxury residential tower in dhanmondi

Concord has officially begun construction on Concord Hazera Mansion, an exclusive luxury residential development located on Road 7A in Dhanmondi—one of Dhaka's most sought-after neighbourhoods.

Conceived by a leading architect in collaboration with Concord's veteran engineering team, the project blends modern design with lush natural elements. The building is designed to maximise light, ventilation and views while offering residents a private, tranquil sanctuary in the heart of the city.

Residents will enter through a grand, air-conditioned reception lobby that opens into a reflection pool and tropical water garden, offering a serene welcome just steps from the 40-foot-wide main road. Inside, each residence is designed with flowing formal and family living areas, expansive balconies and spacious master suites with walk-in closets—carefully proportioned to balance privacy and connection.

The rooftop features a horizon-edge swimming pool, an event terrace, an alfresco lounge, a gymnasium, and a children's play area—promoting well-being and a sense of community. Additional amenities include a first-floor community hall and landscaped down-gardens for leisure and social gatherings. The building also features two levels of secure basement parking and a robust infrastructural backbone.

Sustainability is built into the foundation. The design incorporates insulated low-emissivity glass and efficient energy and water systems to reduce environmental impact while improving comfort and durability.

"Hazera Mansion represents the convergence of prestige and progress," said a Concord spokesperson. "It reflects our commitment to crafting thoughtful living spaces that anticipate future urban lifestyles while respecting the heritage of the place."

As one of Concord's flagship projects in Dhanmondi, Hazera Mansion signals a continued focus on architectural innovation, liveability and enduring value in a rapidly evolving urban landscape.
