Concord BCL Enclave set to be Uttara’s newest commercial landmark

Concord Real Estate Limited has begun construction of its latest commercial venture, Concord BCL Enclave, located at Plot 60, Sonargaon Janapath, Sector 11, Uttara.

A groundbreaking ceremony was recently held at the site, attended by landowners, valued clients and senior officials from Concord. The project promises to become a prominent commercial address in one of Dhaka's busiest and most rapidly growing urban zones.

Uttara's transformation into a commercial hub—fostered by improved infrastructure, strategic connectivity, and the rise of modern developments—makes the location ideal for a high-profile commercial complex. The building, which fronts a wide and important road, is designed to ensure both visibility and ease of access for businesses, employees and customers alike.

Concord BCL Enclave will feature modern architecture and amenities tailored to contemporary business needs. The development includes elegant lift lobbies, thoughtfully designed common areas, high-speed lifts for efficient vertical movement, and a basement car park with proper ventilation.

To ensure comfort and sustainability, the building will be fitted with a full fire detection and firefighting system, alongside energy-efficient insulated double-glazed Low-E glass, which reduces internal heat and conserves power.

The design reflects the standards maintained in Concord's earlier projects, striking a balance between aesthetics and functionality. The space aims to help businesses operate more effectively while enhancing their brand presence through modern, professional settings.

This project is one among several new initiatives by Concord in 2025, with additional developments underway across Dhaka and Chattogram. Each one reflects the company's commitment to building smart, forward-looking spaces. With Concord BCL Enclave, the company continues its legacy of enabling strong business foundations and fostering spaces for innovation and growth.
