BTI appoints M Mahbubur Rahman as chief executive officer
Building Technology & Ideas Ltd has appointed M Mahbubur Rahman as its new chief executive officer, as it seeks to leverage his extensive expertise to drive the company's next phase of growth.
Rahman brings over 20 years of experience in Bangladesh's real estate industry. He has held senior leadership roles at Asset Developments & Holdings Ltd and Sanmar Properties Ltd, overseeing business development, sales management, project commercialisation, customer relationship management and organisational expansion.
Prior to joining Building Technology & Ideas Ltd, Rahman was chief executive officer of Rupayan City Uttara, one of Bangladesh's largest integrated township developments.
During his tenure, Rupayan City Uttara saw improvements in business performance, customer engagement, operational efficiency and brand positioning, strengthening its status as a leading township brand in Bangladesh.
Rahman has a track record in strategic planning, business transformation, sales and marketing, project delivery, customer experience and team development. He has led large-scale residential, commercial and township projects, built high-performing teams and supported sustainable business growth.
