BRAC, Metlife foundation launch career hub in Rangpur
BRAC, in partnership with MetLife Foundation, has launched Career Hub in Rangpur a one-stop platform designed to equip young people with skills, guidance, and opportunities to succeed in the workforce.
The initiative aims to directly support 3,000 young people through career counselling, job-readiness training, climate awareness education, and connections with employers.
Funded by MetLife Foundation and implemented by BRAC's Skills Development Programme, Career Hub is a holistic intervention that links skills development with career goals. The programme works with businesses, universities, and local employers to bridge the gap between education and employment, and provide a pathway to economic independence.
