bKash rolls out redesigned app with personalised dashboard and new features

bKash has refreshed its app interface to make navigation simpler, faster, and more personalised, introducing a redesigned 'My bKash (Amar bKash)' icon that offers users an instant snapshot of their daily financial activities.

By consolidating transaction information in a single, customised space, the update aims to make users' financial management more efficient.

The interfaces of both 'My bKash' and 'My Offers' have also been streamlined for a cleaner, more organised experience. New themes have been added, giving the widely used app a more vibrant look. The latest version also includes bonus points, app-based insurance purchases, coupons, rewards, and other features.

Upon entering 'My bKash', users now see how many years they have been using the service, adding a sense of personal connection. The navigation bar on the home screen now features the 'My bKash' icon for quick access.

The section consolidates reward points, Priyo number and Priyo agent, saved billers, linked cards and bank accounts, savings and loan details, auto-pay, subscriptions, and more on a single screen. Users can also view apps linked to bKash from the same interface, enabling faster, more convenient financial management.

To encourage digital transactions, bKash provides a wide range of year-round offers. All promotional deals, from discounts to special campaigns, are available under the 'My Offers' icon. Offers are customised according to user behaviour and transaction patterns.

By tapping 'My Offers', customers can browse detailed lists of offers—Bank to bKash, Card to bKash, Payments, Remittance, bKash to Bank, and others—and earn rewards. Even without active offers, users may receive bonus points. Each offer includes relevant details and expiry dates.

Drawing inspiration from Bengal's natural beauty, bKash has introduced three animated themes—Nobojatra (New Dawn), Proshanti (Serenity), and Godhuli (Twilight). Customers can choose or switch themes at any time. Home screen icons have also been redesigned to be cleaner and more compact for easier navigation.

Users can now buy health or life insurance policies directly through the app. By tapping the insurance icon, customers can select 'Buy New Policy', enter the required details, compare coverage options, and activate a policy instantly. Premium payments and document downloads are also available within the app.

Guest mode allows prospective users to explore bKash services without registering or logging in, offering a preview of available features and offers.

Alongside these new additions, the app continues to offer a wide range of services, including Send Money, Mobile Recharge, Cash In, Cash Out, Merchant Payments, Add Money, utility bill payments, education fees, e-ticketing, donations, remittances, insurance and microfinance payments, digital loans, savings, and more. The updates reinforce bKash's ambition to evolve into a comprehensive digital lifestyle app.
