Banglalink launches new experience center at Dhaka headquarters
Banglalink has launched a new Experience Center at its headquarters in Dhaka, introducing a customer service space designed around comfort, care and digital interaction.
The centre was inaugurated on 9 March 2026 at Tigers' Den in Gulshan. Johan Buse, chief executive officer of Banglalink, and members of the company's leadership team attended the opening.
According to Banglalink, the new facility reflects its people-first approach and is intended to create a more welcoming environment where customers can explore services, seek support and engage with the operator more easily.
Built around the concept of a "sanctuary", the Experience Centre moves away from the conventional telecom service outlet model, the company said. Instead of traditional counters, the space offers an open setting where customers can interact more comfortably with Banglalink representatives.
The centre also introduces several service features aimed at making support more convenient. These include a side-by-side support model, where representatives assist customers in a more collaborative way; dedicated digital exploration spaces for learning about Banglalink's apps and services; fast-track assistance for quick requests; and seating and refreshments for visitors.
Muhammad Mehedi Hasan, sales and distribution director of Banglalink, said, "Every customer interaction is an opportunity for us to show care. With this Experience Centre, we wanted to create a space where people feel welcomed, valued and genuinely supported. It is designed to be more than a service point. It is a place where customers can comfortably explore solutions, share their needs and receive assistance in a friendly and respectful environment."
