Anwar Galvanizing holds 30th AGM and approves 10% cash dividend
The 30th Annual General Meeting of Anwar Galvanizing Limited was held on a virtual platform today, Wednesday, February 5, 2025 (22 Magh, 1431 Bangla calendar), at 11:30 AM. Mr Manwar Hossain presided over the meeting.
Among those present were the company's directors, Mr Hossain Mehmood and Mr Hossain Khaled, Independent Director Mr Abul Quasem, Nominated Director Mr Ataur Rahman, Deputy Managing Director Mr Waeez R. Hossain, Acting Chief Executive Officer Mr Abdur Razzak, Group CFO Mr Babla Basu FCA, Head of Accounts and Finance Mr Md Sohel, Company Secretary Mr Tauhidul Islam, and other senior officials of the company.
A proposal to distribute a 10% cash dividend among eligible shareholders was approved during the meeting.
