All Samadhan application launched to offer healthcare and emergency support
A technology-driven integrated service platform, All Samadhan, was formally launched on Friday to enable people to access essential healthcare services and emergency support through a single app.
According to the organisers, the platform aims to ensure timely service delivery, enhance healthcare accessibility, and create sustainable income opportunities for pharmacies, delivery partners, and ambulance service providers.
Through the app, users may order necessary medicines from home and receive delivery from verified pharmacies. The organisers said the initiative is designed to help families access essential care irrespective of distance.
For emergencies, All Samadhan has introduced a one-click ambulance service. With transparent fares, straightforward booking, and guaranteed service, users can request an ambulance in cases of accidents or illness and receive emergency support around the clock, the platform said.
All Samadhan also positions itself as an earning platform for service partners. Delivery partners may work flexibly according to their availability and earn per delivery, with commission and timely payments facilitated through the platform.
Ambulance owners and drivers can connect to a digital network designed to increase trip volume and income, with payments processed through the system. The platform said partners will receive commission-free benefits for the first five trips after registration, in addition to other programme facilities.
For pharmacy owners, the platform offers a path to digital expansion by connecting them to new customers through online orders, regular demand, and faster order processing. The service also features a smart inventory function, with a Tk300 pro version enabling stock updates and sales support. Additionally, the platform includes a wholesale buying and selling facility among pharmacies within the digital network, it added.
To bolster humanitarian support, All Samadhan also features a technology-enabled, free blood donation network connecting voluntary donors and recipients, enabling quicker communication and coordination when needed.
The organisers said they are inviting pharmacy owners, delivery partners, and ambulance service providers and drivers across the country to join the platform to build a reliable nationwide service network.
