Air Astra wins gold award in key domestic categories

Private airline Air Astra has received honours in four categories at the 'ShareTrip-Monitor Airline of the Year 2024' awards held on 5 July. The airline's consistent focus on excellence in customer service, punctuality, and the overall airport experience has earned significant recognition.

In a testament to its commitment to passenger satisfaction, Air Astra secured Gold Awards in the 'Most Customer Friendly Airline (Domestic)' and 'Best Airport Service (Domestic)' categories. The awards were accepted on behalf of the airline by Mezbaul Islam, Chief Commercial Officer of Air Astra.

This year's winners were recognised at a glittering ceremony at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in Dhaka. The event was attended by Md Fahimul Islam, Secretary of the Ministry of Railways, Government of Bangladesh, who was present as the chief guest.
