Agrani SME Financing Company Limited holds 14th AGM
Agrani SME Financing Company Limited, a non-banking financial institution owned by Agrani Bank PLC, held its 14th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (14 September) at the Board Room of Agrani Bank's Head Office. Md. Anwarul Islam, Chairman of Agrani SME Financing Company Limited and Managing Director of Agrani Bank, presided over the meeting.
The AGM was attended by Kabirul Izdani Khan, Director of Agrani Bank and representative of the holding company; Tahmina Akhter, Deputy Managing Director of Agrani Bank and Company Director; Dipak Kumar Biswas, Company Director; Md. Zahidul Haque, Chief Executive Officer; and Md. Mujahidul Islam Jowardar, Company Secretary and General Manager.
The meeting provided a platform to review the company's performance, discuss operational priorities, and reaffirm its commitment to supporting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) within Bangladesh's financial ecosystem.
