SM Amzad Hossain, chairman of South Bangla Agriculture and Commerce (SBAC) Bank Limited, presided over the 101st meeting of the bank's board of directors on February 17 at the bank's head office in the capital.

The Managing Director and CEO of the bank Md Golam Faruque attended the meeting with other directors, said a press release.
