Bank Asia holds annual business meet

Bank Asia reviewed its business opportunities and challenges for the year 2021 in a day-long virtual Annual Business Meet-2021 on Saturday.

Md Safwan Choudhury, vice chairman of the Bank, inaugurated the event at Bank Asia Tower in the capital city.

Meeting participants also put forward recommendations and proposals to meet targets and bring forth desired strategic changes.

Romo Rouf Chowdhury, vice chairman of the bank; Rumee A Hossain, chairman of the Board Executive Committee; Dilwar H Choudhury, chairman of Board Audit Committee; Professor MA Baqui Khalily, chairman of Board Risk Management Committee; Enam Chowdhury, Romana Rouf Chowdhury, Ashraful Haq Chowdhury, Md Abul Quasem, Helal Ahmed Chowdhury, Naheed Akhter Sinha, directors of the Bank; and Md Arfan Ali, president and managing director, attended the program.

According to a press release, around 2,000 people attended the event, including Deputy Managing Directors, Departmental Heads, Branch Heads and employees.
