‘My Robi’ app stands with customers in Corona crisis

Robi the leading digital service provider of the country has stood by its customers with Robi's mobile application platform titled 'My Robi' to ensure uninterrupted and comfortable telecommunication services in the ongoing Corona epidemic crisis. 

Customers can enjoy free data browsing through 'My Robi' app to get answers and information on the most pivotal questions about Corona.

The app has offered the opportunity to mobile recharge digitally through bKash and other MFS or debit or credit cards so that customers do not face any inconvenience even if the mobile balance runs out during lockdown situations.

Besides, customers will get 5 percent cashback if they recharge other family members' mobiles. There is an opportunity to take a talk time loan or data pack loan through this app. There is a 10 percent cashback facility on purchasing the best monthly data packs and combo packs through the My Robi app.

'My Robi' app also offers an opportunity to buy a new SIM; the app will ensure home delivery to the customer after receiving the specified order.

Students are getting the opportunity to buy a 2GB data pack for just Taka 25 to browse 'Robi-Ten Minute School' through My Robi app so that their studies could not harm in the Corona epidemic crisis; where regular 2 GB data pack costs Taka 50. 

Besides, a 50 GB video conference pack costs around only Taka 300 is available for students to do online classes. This allows teachers and students to join online classes through apps like Zoom, Skype, and Microsoft Teams.
