Standard Bank Limited (SBL) Training Institute conducted a workshop on "Excellence in Customer Service".

The two-day training workshop was inaugurated on 14 March by Mohammad Rafiqul Islam, deputy managing director & chief operating officer of Standard Bank Limited.

Among others, Mohammad Mohon Miah, Coordinator, IBCP and Mohammad Amzad Hossain Fakir, faculty of the SBL Training Institute were present on the occasion.
