Orion Pharma approves 15pc cash dividend
The audited financial statements for the financial year ended on 30th June, 2019 and overall performance of the company were discussed at the annual general meeting
The Orion Pharma Limited on Sunday has approved the declaration of 15 percent cash dividend for the financial year ended on 30th June, 2019.
The shareholders unanimously approved the dividend and the audited financial statements during the 54th annual general meeting (AGM) of the Orion Pharma Limited.
Chairman of the company Mohammad Obaidul Karim presided over the meeting held at the Officers Club in Dhaka.

Salman Obaidul Karim, managing director, Zareen Karim, director, Md Ebadul Karim, Md Rezaul Karim, Md Shafiqur Rahman, independent director, Md Ferdous Jaman, company secretary and Samaresh Banik, chief financial officer of the company also attended the meeting.
At the AGM the audited financial statements for the financial year ended on 30th June, 2019 and overall performance of the company were discussed in presence of a significant number of shareholders.
