Orion Infusion’s 36th annual general meeting held in Dhaka

The 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Orion Infusion Limited, a reputed Bangladeshi company for producing and marketing intravenous saline solutions, was held on Sunday in Dhaka.

The programme was organised at the Officers' Club on Baily Road in Ramna with Mohammad Obaidul Karim, the chairman of the company, in the chair.

In presence of a significant number of shareholders, the company presented its audited financial statements for fiscal year 2018-19.

And, the stockholders unanimously approved the statements, according to a press release.

The company approved its declaration of 14 percent cash dividend for its shareholders for the financial year ended on June 30, 2019.

The AGM was also attended, among others, by Managing Director Salman Obaidul Karim, Director Zareen Karim, Independent Directors Md Ebabdul Karim, Md Rezaul Karim and Md Shafiqur Rahman, Company Secretary Md Ferdous Jaman and Chief Financial Officer Samaresh Banik.
