Igloo wins the best brand award for the 5th time

Igloo ice cream, a concern of giant conglomerate Abdul Monem Limited, has won the Best Brand Award 2020for the fifth time under the ice cream category, being recognized as the "The Most Loved Brand of Bangladesh".

Bangladesh Brand Forum virtually honored Igloo ice cream with the prestigious award on December 30, 2020. The award was decided through a survey of 7,600 customers nationwide.

Industries nationwide have been beset by severe challenges in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic. Being a cold chain product, the ice cream industry has suffered a great deal.

Despite facing multiple challenges in sales and distribution, Igloosecured the Best Brand Award 2020. According to a press release, senior management launched several subsidiary activities amongst its stakeholders to mitigate Covid-19 impacts.

ASM MainuddinMonem, deputy managing director of Abdul Monem Limited, said, "I would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our consumers nationwide for showering Igloo ice cream with, constant love. Let's hope that the new year is filled with positivity and prosperity."

"As we celebrate today, I would like to take this opportunity to pay my deepest respects to my late father. I seek your prayers for the salvation his departed soul," he added.
