edotco Bangladesh currently owns and operates over 11,000 telecom towers throughout Bangladesh and over 31,820 towers across eight countries globally

Banglalink partners with edotco to expand network connectivity

Mobile operator Banglalink has partnered with edotco Bangladesh, a leading regional integrated telecommunications infrastructure services company, to expand their network connectivity across the country. The two companies recently signed an agreement to this end.

Under the agreement, edotco will provide next-generation infrastructure to the telecom company in meeting the country's growing connectivity needs, according to a press release.

Ricky Steyn, country managing director of edotco Bangladesh, and Hasnat Reza Mahbub Alam, acting chief technology officer of Banglalink, were present to commemorate this signing amongst other high officials from both organisations.

Focusing on the significance of improved and higher-speed network access for all, Ricky Steyn, said, "This endeavor is a testament to our nation-building commitment through providing the right sharable infrastructure to ensure sustainable mobile network expansion across the nation for our customers. We look forward to playing a pivotal role in the process of Bangladesh's digitization journey."

While emphasising on meeting customers growing demand for an improved and uninterrupted network, Hasnat Reza Mahbub Alam, said, "With the Ookla-certified fastest 4G mobile network in the country, we are already providing best-in-class digital services to our customers. This partnership will further reinforce our efforts to expand Banglalink's strong network across the country and serve more customers in the process."
