Vehicular movement on the Khilkhet-Kuril road will be suspended from 7pm today (17 April) to 12am tomorrow (18 April), said a press release issued by Dhaka Mass Transit Company Limited (DMTCL).
DMTCL took the decision to make way for the transfer of utilities for Mass Rapid Transit Line-1 (MRT-1), said the press release.
During this time, commuters have been advised to use alternative routes, including using the Kuril Flyover after making a U-turn in front of Radisson Blue Water garden or any other route, said Project Director of MRT-1 Md Abul Kashem Bhuiyan.
