Unidentified girl's body recovered in Cox’s Bazar
The body was sent to the Cox’s Bazar Sadar Hospital morgue for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death, said police.
Police recovered the body of an unidentified young girl from a shop at Laboni Point on Cox's Bazar sea beach early today (6 May).
Local people first spotted the girl, aged around 22–23, lying unconscious on the floor of a fast-food shop at around 3:30am and informed the police.
The identity of the deceased has not yet been confirmed, said Mohammad Sami Uddin, officer-in-charge of Cox's Bazar Sadar Model Police Station.
