Taposh urges everyone to take vaccine without any fear
Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) Mayor Sheikh Fazle Noor Taposh on Sunday urged everyone to take the Covid-19 vaccine without any fear.
"I would urge everyone to register for and receive this vaccine without any fear as soon as possible," Taposh said.
He made the remark during the inauguration of the Covid-19 vaccination program at Dhaka Metropolitan General Hospital in the capital.

He also noted that only through vaccination, the country will get rid of Covid-19.
The Covid-19 vaccination programme has started in 19 hospitals and clinics in the DSCC area.
On Sunday, 56 people have registered for vaccination at Dhaka Metropolitan General Hospital.
"There's no reason to be unduly afraid of the vaccine as we've all been vaccinated against measles-chicken pox in childhood," Taposh remarked.
Haji Mohammad Selim, Member of Parliament for Dhaka-7 constituency was present at the programme alongside DSCC Cheif Executive Officer ABM Amin Ullah Nuri and Chief Health Officer Brig Gen Dr Sharif Ahmed.
