Saudi ambassador meets army chief

Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Bangladesh, Dr Abdullah Zafer H Bin Abiyah, paid a courtesy visit to the Chief of Army Staff General Waker-Uz-Zaman at Army Headquarters today (6 August).
During the meeting, they exchanged greetings and discussed avenues to further strengthen military-to-military cooperation between the two countries, according to the Bangladesh Army's verified Facebook page.
The ambassador also appreciated the army's role and mechanism in maintaining the national security situation.
