RAB seals off Fu-Wang Club, 3 staff held
Huge amount of foreign liquor bottles and more than ten thousand cans of beer were seized from Fu Wang Club during the raid.

Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has sealed off Fu-Wang Club at Tejgaon-Gulshan link road in the capital today morning after a night-long drive and arrested three of its employees.
Executive Magistrate Sarwar Alam said: "A huge amount of illegal imported alcohols and beers have been seized from the club.
"We have sealed the club under the Narcotics Control Act as the authorities of the club could not show its proper papers for additional liquors they have."
The club had an additional 3% stock of illegal liquors and 50% of beers. Clubs are not allowed to keep extra stock of liquors than permitted the amount.

RAB arrested cashier Jahid, staff Javier D'costa and Chanchal. However the club owner Sheikh Nurul Islam is on the run.
Earlier, Dhaka Metropolitan Police conducted a raid there, but could not find any evidence of illegal gambling and alcohol.
