BNP forms committee to celebrate 47th founding anniversary on 1 Sep
The BNP has formed a 16-member 'National Celebration Committee' to celebrate the party's 47th founding anniversary on 1 September.
BNP National Standing Committee member Nazrul Islam Khan has been made convenor of the committee while Senior Joint Secretary General Ruhul Kabir Rizvi will serve as its member secretary, reads a press release issued today (18 August).
Other members of the committee include joint secretaries General Khairul Kabir Khokon, Habib-Un-Nabi Khan Sohel, Shahiduddin Chowdhury Annie, Abdus Salam Azad, Syed Emran Saleh Prince and organising secretaries Sayedul Alam Babul, Mahbuber Rahman Shamim, Shahid Shawkat, Anindya Islam Amit, Asadul Habib Dulu, GK Gaus, Selim Bhuiyan, Shariful Alam and Shama Obaed.
