The home adviser called upon the APBn personnel to perform their duties with due dignity and professionalism

Police have been working at their utmost capacity after the July-August revolution, Home Affairs Adviser Lt Gen Md Jahangir Alam Chowdhury (retd) said today (13 November).
"Police are now working in full-swing after the July-August revolution," he said as the chief guest at a special welfare meeting after visiting the Armed Police Battalon (APBn) headquarters.
The home adviser called upon the APBn personnel to perform their duties with due dignity and professionalism.
"The APBn personnel are specially trained. They are performing their duties with devotion in managing security for the VVIPs in the international and local airports and mega projects," he said.
APBn Additional Inspector General of Police Md Abdullah Al Mahmud presided over the meeting.
The home adviser visited the Crisis Response Team (CRT) and Canine Unit at the APBn Headquarters.
