In pictures: Traffic jam during lockdown!

Though the Covid-19 lockdown was imposed in an effort to minimise the number of people on the roads, but a different scene appeared from Mohakhali to Uttara area on the first day of the restrictions.
A long tailback of vehicles, including private cars, buses and pickup vans, was created on the road putting people in immense sufferings.

The government enforced 7-day lockdown from 5 April morning to 11 April midnight to curb the spread of the novel coronavirus.
