Netherlands democracy group delegation meets BNP

A delegation from the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy (NIMD), currently visiting Bangladesh, held a meeting with BNP leaders today (23 October).

The meeting was held at the BNP chairperson's office in Gulshan this afternoon, BNP Media Cell member Shayrul Kabir Khan confirmed the development.

From the NIMD side, Programme and Knowledge Adviser Taiwo Nenge, Head of Positioning Helien Schreuder, and Senior Project Manager of AHEAD Bangladesh Mohammad Sahil attended the meeting.

BNP Standing Committee member Amir Khasru Mahmud Chowdhury led the talks on behalf of BNP. Joint Secretary General (International Affairs) Humayun Kabir and organising secretary Shama Obaed were also present.
