Police arrested a madrasah teacher on charge of sexually harassing a student in Manikganj last night (19 March).
The arrestee was identified as Md Rafiqul Islam, a teacher at Siddiknagar Darbar Sharif Madrasah of Sadar upazila.
Officer-in-charge (OC) of Manikganj Sadar Police Station SM Aman Ullah said that legal action against the arrestee was underway and he would be produced before the court today (20 March).
