Govt had no role in bus requisition from Pirojpur for NCP launch: CA's press secy
"They themselves bore the cost of the commutation and petrol," he says

The government had no role in the requisition of five buses from Pirojpur for bringing people to Dhaka yesterday to attend the National Citizen Party (NCP) launch event, Chief Adviser's Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam said today (1 March).
"Leaders of the Students Against Discrimination from Pirojpur, along with members of two martyr families, requested five buses from the Pirojpur deputy commissioner," he said during a briefing at the Foreign Service Academy.
"The buses were provided, but there was no government support involved in this," he added.
"They themselves bore the cost of the commutation and petrol," said Shafiqul.
The statement comes in the face of allegations that the government issued requisition of buses for Jatiya Nagorik Committee and Students Against Discrimination to attend the inauguration of the National Citizen Party (NCP) in Dhaka yesterday.
