Flow Fest 2025 kicks off at Justice Shahabuddin Park
The Flow Fest 2025 began yesterday (6 November) at Justice Shahabuddin Park in Gulshan-2, celebrating the theme "Wellness as a Collective Experience."
The three-day festival offers over 100 sessions, including walkathons, yoga, martial arts, meditation, and other fitness activities designed to promote holistic well-being. Visitors are also treated to salsa performances, live music, and stand-up comedy shows throughout the event.
For children, the festival features engaging sessions on storytelling, physical fitness, and Zumba to encourage early awareness of health and mindfulness.
According to the programme schedule, each day starts with a Park Run, followed by sunrise yoga, breathwork, martial arts, and strength sessions led by international coaches and local trainers, including Ken Yamamoto, Michelle Tan, Sejal Thakkar, and Akiko.
Participants can also explore their creative sides at the Art Soul Zone, with art labs, journaling workshops, and sessions on painting, pottery, and crafts guided by artists promoting mindful expression.
More than 150 brands are taking part this year, showcasing a diverse range of food, clothing, jewellery, and even Royal Enfield motorcycles and Mercedes-Benz cars. Around 30 food vendors have joined the festival, offering vegetarian-friendly menus.
The Flow Fest, a platform for holistic well-being, would also feature the launch of author Sam Dalrymple's latest book, Shattered Lands, which explored histories of resilience and renewal.
Participants would have the opportunity to meet the author during the event.
The event would be open to all, free of cost, from 9am to 7pm till tomorrow (8 November).
