EU envoy holds meeting with BNP leaders
According to party sources, the meeting discussed bilateral relations, Bangladesh’s current political situation, and issues surrounding the upcoming national election
European Union Ambassador to Bangladesh Michael Miller held a meeting with a delegation of BNP at the party chairperson's political office in Gulshan this morning (8 October).
The meeting began around 11am, confirmed BNP Media Cell member Shairul Kabir Khan.
BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir led the delegation, which included Standing Committee member and Chairperson's Foreign Affairs Advisory Committee member Dr Abdul Moyeen Khan, Standing Committee member Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury, and Organising Secretary and Special Adviser to the Chairperson on Foreign Affairs Shama Obaid.
