Bangladesh Meteorological Department has predicted rain in parts of the country in 24 hours from 9am today (1 April).

The weather is expected to remain mainly dry in other parts of the country, with a temporary partly cloudy sky likely to prevail, said a Met Office bulletin.

Meanwhile, both day and night temperatures may rise slightly across the country, with an increase of around 1 to 2 degrees Celsius expected, the bulletin added.
