A tremor jolted various parts of the country, including Dhaka and Chattogram today (28 March).

According to the United States Geological Survey (USGS), the earthquake originated 16 km NNW of Sagaing, Myanmar.

The earthquake, lasting several minutes, was felt around 12:20 pm.
