DMP seeks 4-year-old missing child's family information

Dhaka Metropolitan Police's (DMPs) victim support centre today (9 February) issued a public notice seeking family information of a four-year-old missing child, Ali Hossain, kept in their safe custody.
It said people in the neighbourhood found the boy lying on a road in the Sutrapur area and yesterday afternoon brought him to Sutrapur Police Station, which handed him over to the victim support centre at Tejgaon Police Station premises.
The statement also circulated a photograph of the over 3-feet-high child with a brown complexion wearing a long-sleeve T-shirt with black and white checks and yellow trousers.
The boy said his name is Ali Hossain his father is A Malek and his mother is Zarina Begum.
DMP said they kept the child at the centre's safe shelter after Sutrapur Police lodged a general diary.
