The case was supposed to be recorded after that."
"After the child's treatment, the complainant filed a rape allegation with the Women and Children Repression Prevention Tribunal. Later, the court directed the officer-in-charge of Satkania Police Station to record the case, arrange an OCC examination, conduct an investigation and submit a police report," he added.

According to the petition submitted to the court, the incident took place on 9 May. The child's mother alleged that when she went to pick up her daughter from school after classes, she noticed that the child was crying and unable to walk normally.
When asked what had happened, the child told her mother that drawing teacher Jasim had taken her to a stairway room near the school rooftop after promising to give her chocolate and allegedly raped her there, according to the petition.
The petition added that after bringing the child home, her family noticed signs of injury and immediately took her first to Satkania Health Care Hospital and later to Satkania Upazila Health Complex.
Doctors there reportedly confirmed signs of sexual assault and immediately called the national emergency helpline 999 to inform Satkania police station.
The victim's family alleged that after treatment at the One-Stop Crisis Centre of Chattogram Medical College Hospital, they went to Satkania Police Station with the hospital documents to file a case, but the police initially did not record it.
As a result, the child's mother approached the court on Wednesday, 13 May.
