Former lawmaker from Gaibandha-2 constituency (Gaibandha Sadar upazila) Shah Sarwar Kabir has been arrested from the Eidgah area of Dinajpur town this evening.
Detective branch of Dinajpur police arrested him from the area while he was loitering there in the evening.
Superintendent of Dinajpur Police (SP) Md Marufat Hossain confirmed it and said Kabir has been arrested in two cases filed with Gaibandha Sadar Thana.
