Chargesheet in Hadi murder case to be submitted by 7 January

The chargesheet in the murder case of Inqilab Moncho spokesperson Sharif Osman Hadi will be submitted by 7 January, said Senior Secretary of the Home Ministry Nasimul Gani.
He spoke after a meeting of the Law and Order Advisory Council Committee at the Secretariat today (5 January).
Home Adviser Lieutenant General (Retd) Md Jahangir Alam Chowdhury presided over the meeting.

The senior secretary said the chargesheet is ready. He added that it is being reviewed and will be finalised and submitted by 7 January.
Sharif Osman Hadi was shot in the head in broad daylight in Dhaka's Purana Paltan area on 12 December and was critically injured. He was later taken to a hospital in Singapore for advanced treatment, where he died on 18 December.
