Bridge division marks july uprising day with discussion and prayers
To mark July Mass Uprising Day 2025, the Bridge Division held a seminar and special doa mahfil this afternoon at the Bridge Building Mosque.
Mohammad Abdur Rouf, Secretary of the Bridge Division and Executive Director of BBA, attended as the Chief Guest. In his address, he reaffirmed his commitment to building an egalitarian Bangladesh and called on all stakeholders to stand by the July fighters. He urged everyone to perform their duties with patriotism and dedication.
He also noted that on this day in 2024, the government fell and the head of state fled following the student–public uprising.

After the seminar, participants held a special doa mahfil following Zuhr prayers at the Bridge Building Mosque and at all BASA-affiliated mosques, seeking mercy for the martyrs' souls and swift recovery for the injured. Mr Rauf, along with officers and staff of the Bridge Division and BASA, joined the prayers.
