Bangladesh women's hockey team's Asian Games debut continued to prove a difficult one as they suffered an 8-0 defeat to South Korea in their Pool A match at the Gifu Prefectural Green Stadium in Japan today (23 September).
Making their maiden appearance in the Asian Games, Bangladesh struggled to cope with South Korea's attacking pressure from the outset as the Koreans repeatedly tested their defence and scored eight goals.
