The Bangladesh Police has issued a caution to citizens warning against a number which uses photos of police officers on Whatsapp.

It said the calls came from +8801336697931.

It said many calls to various people were being made through this number.

Legal case is underway, the Bangladesh Police said on a Facebook post on their verified page.
