32 petrol bombs recovered from abandoned luggage in Faridpur's Bhanga

Police recovered 32 petrol bombs from an abandoned luggage this noon (13 November) near the Munshurabad bus stand area of Hamirdi union in Faridpur's Bhanga upazila.
Md Ashraf Hossain, officer-in-charge (OC) of Bhanga Police Station, said acting on a tip-off, police conducted the raid and recovered 32 bottles of petrol bombs from the luggage.
"A team from Bhanga Police Station conducted a search along the road from Munshurabad bus stand to Hoglakandi. During the operation, they found an old piece of luggage lying beside Jahangir Molla's garage. Upon opening the bag, the team recovered 32 bottles of petrol bombs," he added.
The matter is under investigation, and legal procedures are underway, the OC added.
